March 2, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT(S) COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR(S) Description The substantial completion dates, original and final contact amounts are summarized on the enclosure for ease of review. All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor(s). The Executive Director of Construction Services has determined that the projects are complete in accordance with state statutes. The seven (7) projects were completed for a net combined savings of $52,334.44 below the contract amounts. Recommendation That the cited Construction Services' projects be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractors be approved as presented.
